The general principle is

that as the contributions of participants are recognized, their ability to influence collective decision-making increases. After a certain number of steps, the participants will get an opportunity to:

Support projects, including initiating the opening of new projects and providing them with primary capital and/or resources;

Involve external expertise and, if necessary, to invite and/or engage with new partners;

Overall, «Meritodynamics»

is an experiment to create a new economic model that:

- offers a new (project and programme focused) way of doing business and sets an economic protocol for interaction between participants, different from that adopted in the dominant model;

2

- in contrast, it does not claim to be a complete substitution of the dominant model and can be used alongside, complementing it and ensuring the growth of capitalisation of the intellectual active components;

3

- contains the possibility of entrepreneurship, stimulates the manifestation of entrepreneurial initiative and offers a mechanism for the distribution of entrepreneurial profits.

How does it work?

From the participant's point of view, everything is quite simple!

The programme follows a series of basic steps: At the beginning of the work process, each participant receives an equal number of Lepta points.

At the end of each stage, you decide by your own criteria, which of your colleagues to award for their contribution. Your reward decision reflects your individual assessment of other participants' contributions to the process and to the result of the teamwork. All your colleagues make their decisions. The assessments are purely anonymous.
For each Lepton spent on a particular round you will receive a Merit - as a thank you from the system for your efforts to assess the contributions of other participants. You have the right to opt out from evaluating other members.
During stages 3 to 5 a combined set of subjective assessments creates a clear comprehensive picture of the value of each participant's contribution. The final sum of Merits is a reflection of the individual's influence in a teamwork.
